Meeting Spaces

CTK Retreat House has long been known as a place of quiet solitude, but did you know that you can hold your meetings, staff development, visioning, planning sessions, staff/team retreats, and trustee and board meetings here?   This excellent facility is the perfect setting for your next meeting.  We are minutes from downtown Syracuse; yet our spacious, beautiful grounds and comfortable, relaxed environment offer an ideal setting for creativity and productivity.

We offer the use of conference rooms that can accommodate up to 100 people, breakout rooms, audiovisual equipment, and full dining facilities. CTK has recently added outdoor meeting space on our back patio complete with barbecue dining and a firepit. We also have overnight accommodations for up to 60 guests. We can work with you to customize the cost of your event depending on your budget, the number of guests and your luncheon/dinner choices. Our rates for meetings and conferences are more than competitive and will allow you to hold a low-cost, effective meeting off-site.

We are excited about the opportunity to serve your group!  Please contact us via phone or through our retreat inquiry page, and a dedicated member from our staff will gladly work on putting together accommodations that will best service all your needs.

Chapels

At Christ the King Retreat we have two chapels. Our main chapel offers a quiet space for our guests to spend time in prayer. The main chapel holds up to 85 people, with movable chairs, a lectern, altar, and Tabernacle. The chapel creates a warm, quiet space for our guests to spend in prayer and reflection. A small private chapel is located on the second floor for individual prayer and meditation.

Dining Room

Our private dining room accommodates up to 80 people. The full-service kitchen offers hot and cold family style meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner along with snacks for breaks are served.

Typical lunch and dinner menus include a meat dish, pasta or potato dish, vegetable, rolls, salad, fruit and dessert. Coffee, tea and juice are available throughout the day for our guests. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions.

Let us know if you have a particular menu or theme in mind. We will work with you to make the most of your dining experience for your meeting or retreat.

Grounds

The outside grounds span six acres with 18 gardens. They are truly the jewel you will remember after your visit. A wandering walking path leads you from one garden to the next. We invite you to walk the paths and meditate on the Stations of the Cross which line the path. Each garden has a place to sit and relax. There is a gazebo and deck overlooking the woods below.

A pond and outdoor altar complete this quiet contemplative environment for your renewal and recharge.
