By making a deposit with CTK you are accepting our terms and conditions.
PRIVACY
We respect the privacy of personal information submitted to us. Information is collected only for the purposes of CTK and may be disclosed to staff in the performance of their job duties or to others for statistical purposes only. Participants’ name/address/e-mail address may be shared with his/her program group and CTK and still/video pictures may be used for promotional purposes with permission. No photography will be taken of individuals under 18 without permission of parent or guardian. We are committed to protecting your information to the best of our ability. We assume your submission of a registration represents your consent for us to collect, use, and disclose your personal information for the purposes listed above.
CTK follows the rules of the Syracuse Diocesan Catholic Safe Environment practices and rules.
LOSS AND DAMAGES
CTK cannot accept liability for loss or damage to belongings of participants and/or visiting persons.
Guests of CTK visit the Retreat House at their own risk and are obligated to inform group leaders and Retreat House staff of any existing injuries or medical conditions.
CTK will observe all NY State Health Protocol with regards to COVID-19,
By making a booking with CTK, you accept on behalf of yourself and all those named on the booking, including minor(s) and/or person(s) under a disability to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when CTK sends a confirmation email or a contract. It is at this point that a contract between CTK and the Guest comes into existence.
Waiver of Liability and Release. Participant does hereby release and forever discharge Christ the King Retreat House from all liability, claims, and causes in action, which arise or may hereafter arise or are in any way connected to Participant’s involvement in a Retreat. Participant understands that this Agreement discharges CTK from any liability or claim that the Participant may have against CTK with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from Participant’s involvement in a Retreat, whether caused by the negligence of CTK, or otherwise. Participant also understands that CTK does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability insurance in the event of injury or illness.
Medical Care. Participant does hereby release and forever discharge CTK from any liability, claims, and causes in action that arise or may hereafter arise on account of any first aid, treatment, or service rendered or not rendered in connection with the Participant’s involvement or stay at Christ the King Retreat House.

* We will no longer accommodate situations where only certain individuals can make specific meals
within groups. One price will be given per person in each group. Please reach out to the Executive
Director and she can walk through that pricing with you*
Deposit
By making a booking with CTK you are accepting our terms and conditions. A 30% deposit is required.
You may secure an initial hold on the date requested which becomes firm when the 30% deposit has
been received.
Refunds
When cancelling 30 days or more prior to the event, 15% of your deposit will be returned. When
cancelling less than 30 days prior to the event, you will not be eligible for a refund of payment. The
amount you paid will be recorded as a tax-deductible gift to Christ the King Retreat House.
Payment
Payment is due when your invoice is received or on the date of service.
Scholarships
Scholarships for retreats are available but must be negotiated with the Executive Director. Individuals
awarded a scholarship agree to pay a sum they can afford.
